Palmariva Beach Hotel

Firstly, the location is incredible, with a beautiful beach and marina. The beach is far better than others in Eretria. This was where I used to go with my summer camp group in 2004, and at 12 years old, it felt like paradise. I was telling my wife that I wanted to return for a weekend. When we did, I realized everything was exactly the same, but sadly, that wasn’t a good thing. The mattresses, beds, and furniture were unchanged, and although they made some cheap renovations, like replacing doors and the lobby bathroom, it wasn’t enough. The hotel was crowded due to a group of French visitors, and only one of two elevators (serving over 160 rooms) was working. Our stay was all-inclusive, but the food was reminiscent of a prison buffet. Worse yet, we sat at the same table for dinner and breakfast, only to find it still dirty from the night before. The children’s playground was in poor condition, with broken equipment and restaurant chairs being used to help kids climb onto the structures. There was mold throughout the building, and the walls hadn’t been painted in at least 30 years. The air conditioning, likely as old as I am, didn’t work. While it's pet-friendly, which is a plus, the resort is in dire need of a complete renovation and new management. With over 300 rooms, including the bungalows, it’s clear they only have two cleaners, as I’ve never seen worse housekeeping in a so-called 4-star hotel. I have such fond memories of this place, but now it’s a nightmare. There’s a rumor that Brown Hotels might buy the property, which would be a dream come true. This incredible location is begging for renovation and fresh management.

I have especially appreciated the SPA procedures that I have enjoyed so much. Many thanks to the SPA therapist Dr. Erangelos M. Angelis (professor physiotherapist, acupuncturist and chiropractor) and to his colleague Georgia, the SPA manager. I really recommend to visit the Aegeo Spas if you wanna fully relax.

I visit this hotel every year for the past 5 years. It is a wonderful place especially if you travel with children! There is plenty of space for them to run around safely and beach is clean and not deep. Unfortunately the room conditions and food quality has gone downhill, which was a letdown since we love this place very much. The only improvement is the SPA and the massage from Dr. Evaggelos, which was amazing!!! SPA products are also top notch and worth the price. I really hope they will fix the rooms since we would like to continue visiting and staff members are always very polite and helpful.

The location of the hotel and the view are amazing. Staff is very kind and almost always willing to help. Soft drinks can be a bit better, but for the price paid more than correct. The showerheads in the rooms must be replaced, but this was for me a secondary problem. I had two sessions of a deep tissue massage at the Palmariva Hotel Spa. One Session was with Maritina and the secound with Zoe. I couldn't be happier with the experience! They were very professional and did an excellent job. The products they use are very good and give the skin a nice look and touch. I felt much better immediately after the massage. The entire experience was top-notch. I will definitely be returning for more sessions and to the hotel in general. Thank you Palmariva Beach Hotel!

We stayed at Palmariva Beach Hotel 6 nights. From the beginning when we wanted to make a reservation Mrs Georgia took very good care of us with Mrs Anna Nomikou. Our 2 daughters 9 & 11 years old were so much enjoying their stay at this hotel, the whole day they were spending their time either the mini club with Mrs Konstandina who was absolutely exceptional and very lovely person or they were at the pool. Every day at the pool at 11:30 in the morning the were doing water aerobics for everyone who was in the pool. The hotel has it's private beach with the beach bar for the guests of the hotel which was really very convenient because we didn't need to drive any where for the beach. The entire hotel needs a general renovation every where in order to look new with the standards of 2024. We had all inclusive which was really great because we were able to spend the whole day in the hotel without worrying where to go for a lunch or dinner or even for a drink because all the alcoholic or non alcoholic drinks as well as the ice cream was included in the all inclusive. The restaurant had a very, very big choice for each meal. At 21:30 in the theatre, every evening the French animators who are staying permanently in the hotel were doing different shows and animations in English and in French languages which was really a very nice entertainment. We absolutely enjoyed very much our 6 nights stay in this hotel and we would like to say thank you very much for making our stay special in the Palmariva hotel to Mrs Anna Nomikou the front desk manager, Georgia from the reservation, Mrs Julia at the public relations, Mrs Olga at the reception, Mrs Konstandina at the mini club for taking exceptional care and entertaining our daughters Melina & Angelina, Mr Kostas and Mrs Maria from the restaurant and Rafaela from the housekeeping. We highly recommend the Palmariva Beach hotel !!!

Everything is perfect. We had a wonderful stay here.... The staff is amazing.... All of them...The food is perfect.... Mini club also perfect for our son. Very nice hotel with beautiful people..... Our room was perfect...... The restaurant was very good. We will come again....
